Olive oil & Wine
OLIO E.V.O. (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
2019 Harvest: the “POZZO VOLITO” olive groves produced 1,500kg of olives (of the Oliarola di Lecce and Cellina di Nardò varieties) with a cold pressing of 210 liters.
A limited but premium-quality production, certified by the SSGO (Oils and Fats Experimental Station) in compliance with EEC Reg. 2568/1991 11/07/1991:
panel test: a medium fruity aroma and a balanced flavour with sensory attributes of bitterness, pungency and notes of rosemary.
