LE QUERCE
Arrivando in Località “Le Terrazze” troverete un grande portone in legno e oltre l’ingresso una proprietà ad uso esclusivo di 7.000 mq. con ulivi, limoni, mandorli e carrubi e una vista che si affaccia sulla campagna sottostante fino al mare.
Sulla sinistra avrete a ospitarvi una dimora unica, una “PAJARA CON INCURTATURU” che ha nel soggiorno due querce che escono attraverso il soffitto!! E’ una antica costruzione rurale salentina “a cono” in pietra a secco (circa 1860) con annessa una corte coperta con irmici in terracotta utilizzata dai contadini per il ricovero di animali e attrezzi, restaurata con cura e dotata di ogni comfort. La soluzione ideale per 2 ospiti, molto richiesta dalle coppie.
Il soggiorno ha un grande tavolo circolare ricavato intorno alle due querce che erano cresciute spontaneamente nel rudere diroccato e che adesso attraversano in tetto e la loro fronda crea sulla terrazza una zona d’ombra che invita alla lettura e al relax, con la vista che si perde sulla campagna fino al mare.
Altra caratteristica unica è la romantica camera da letto ricavata nel cono di pietra della “pajàra” cui si accede attraverso l’antico portale. Alla sinistra del tavolo la zona lettura con sedute in pietra e sulla destra la zona cottura, completamente attrezzata. Molto originale è anche il bagno con doccia ricavato nel pollaio, interamente in tufi. La proprietà è cinta dai muri originali in pietra, inseriti nel 2018 dall’UNESCO nell’elenco dei Patrimoni dell’Umanità.
Potrete rinfrescarvi nella piscina, rilassarvi nel solarium con lettini e doccia esterna, passeggiare nel bosco di querce o tra gli ulivi, prendere il vostro aperitivo preferito sulla terrazza al tramonto e preparare sul barbecue in pietra una cena sotto le stelle.

BARBECUE: Buon divertimento. L’uso della legna è libero e potrete trovarla in legnaia. Si prega di fare attenzione durante l’uso perchè fiamme alte e scoppiettanti con il clima secco o il vento possono favorire la diffusione rapida di incendi. Finito l’uso vogliate cortesemente di spegnere con acqua.
PISCINA: Buon divertimento. Alcune avvertenze:

Vacanza tranquilla, rilassante, lontano da tutto Tutto era come descritto dentro e intorno alla casa, esattamente come mostrato nelle immagini. Il proprietario è stato molto attento e disponibile. Un'enorme bellissima zona piena di ulivi e piccoli posti dove rilassarsi. Eravamo lì a metà ottobre, quindi il clima era perfetto per trascorrere del tempo all'aperto.
Wonderful place to be…We arrived at a beautiful house and enjoyed our stay at best! It is one of the most beautiful holiday houses we have ever been! The house is lovely, the little places around the house are nice, the sauna is beautiful and the grave-pool is best of all! Hope to be back one day! Séjour parfait. Emplacement incroyable, vue magnifique, petite maison chou et fonctionnelle. Un séjour ressourçant, calme et isolé. Osvaldo est un hôte accueillant, au petit soin et discret.
Un paradiso Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero piacevole. Osvaldo ha creato un paradiso in mezzo alla natura,un meraviglioso esempio di come l’uomo e la natura possano coesistere.Non solo la casa, ma l'intera proprietà è stata realizzata con tanto amore. Anche dopo 10 giorni abbiamo ancora scoperto qualcosa di nuovo. Se ami la natura, vuoi goderti la pace e la tranquillità e rallentare la tua vita, questo è il posto giusto per te! I bambini erano entusiasti! Il contatto con Osvaldo è stato molto bello fin da subito. Se viaggi così lontano in Puglia, devi sicuramente rispolverare il tuo italiano :).
Impossible de ne pas tomber sous le charme extraordinaire de ce lieu. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique...on aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps. L'intérieur de la maison c'est lumineux et cosy et tout est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Mais c'est surtout le calme, l'étendue et la beauté de la propriété qui sont exceptionnels. Osvaldo, le propriétaire, a mené cette rénovation en combinant authenticité et goût de façon exemplaire. Il nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse (et en français !) et est resté extrêmement disponible et attentif pendant tout notre séjour. Tout était absolument nickel à notre arrivée. Un sans faute ! Encore merci !
Lovely place in a beautiful secluded location with vast terrain and spaces We thoroughly enjoyed the location.The house is lovely, clean and offers all one needs. We have traveled worldwide for 40+ years, in well chosen rentals, and THIS retreat was our favorite. Olive, laurel and eucalyptus trees, magnificent meadows of wildflowers, sensitively planned rose, with rosemary plants the size of cars. Spectacular wanderings on tiered levels, with total privacy. On one tier, near an entire barbeque patio, is a fresh water grotto, perfect for just floating, lost in the absolute pleasure of that. We would say that the feeling tone of staying here is best described that way: “A Time of Floating”. We are sorry we did not spend our entire vacation here. Thank you beyond words.

Magique! C'est tout simplement un paradis. Un bout du monde sans être isolé. La Torre entourée d'oliviers et de cystes est un havre de paix. Tout y est pensé dans le détail, rien ne manque dans ce logement. Très belle décoration intérieure et dans le jardin où sont aménagés plusieurs lieux pour déjeuner, se reposer. Un charmant bassin où se rafraîchir, une petite mare avec des nénuphars et des poissons rouges. Un lieu très difficile à quitter... Le proprietaire Osvaldo extrêmement disponible, réactif et sympathique, comme Michele, qui nous a reçus. Inoubliable !!
Luxe, calme et volupté, comme volé à la poésie. Le luxe y est discret et caché, on se croit Vendredi dans la vie sauvage, on est Soliman dans son palais: la piscine est enfouie sous la grotte, les espaces a vivre se découvrent sur l'immense terrain, l'intérieur du trullo fait faire le tour du Salento... Le pied..
Quando la scelta si rivela azzeccata. Era la prima volta che ci approcciavamo all'esperienza dell'affitto di una casa vacanze, e siamo stati fortunati. Tutto molto bello e curato, gentilissimo padrone di casa e collaboratore; anche se non accompagnati da un tempo ottimo, abbiamo apprezzato i luoghi dei dintorni, grazie all'ottima posizione nel territorio. Sito veramente da consigliare.
Très belle maison authentique décorée avec beaucoup de goûts. La climatisation fonctionne à merveille. Les équipements de la maison et du jardin rendent le sejour inoubliable. Le jardin est immense, très bien illuminé la nuit, mettant en valeur les nombreuses terrasses et oliviers centenaires. La maison est idéalement située à 3 minutes en voiture du supermarché et de la marina San Gregorio à l'eau translucide. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir!
Peaceful paridise This property is amazing! The Liama cottage is perfectly appointed and immaculate with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor spaces are magical. The covered sitting area on the upper terrace has numerous throw pillows and is a perfect spot for morning coffee. Rosemary lined garden steps leading down to the outdoor kitchen fireplace is perfect for grilling a romantic dinner under the stars. There is plenty of firewood available to continue the fire while enjoying dinner in this lower terraced olive grove. The property is much more expansive than the pictures show with numerous sitting areas and lots of privacy. The grotto pool is clean and refreshing and not to be missed. Osvaldo was readily available to answer our questions. When we texted him for information on local wineries, he directed us to Castel Di Salve Winery where Francesca treated us to a memorable tasting. This Patu property is tops our list for places to stay!

Le cadre , le fait d’être isolé mais à la fois près de tout . Tout est fait pour passer un séjour paradisiaque, osvaldo est à la fois discret et très disponible, une magnifique maison typique avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des vide rêve.

Una proprietà spettacolare ... Il Bosco non delude le aspettative. Osvaldo e Daniela hanno creato una bellissima proprietà che è stata restaurata e decorata con estrema cura. Tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno è lì e con il barbecue a legna non devi mai andartene! La posizione è così tranquilla e silenziosa con splendidi giardini e una piscina unica per rinfrescarsi. Anche un'ottima base di partenza per esplorare le coste ioniche e adriatiche con Santa Maria di Leuca a soli dieci minuti di auto. Non esito assolutamente a raccomandare questa proprietà e il nostro unico rimpianto è rimanere solo una settimana!
Puro Relax. Raramente abbiamo trascorso una vacanza così rilassante in un posto così bello. La proprietà è stata accuratamente ristrutturata nei minimi dettagli. I consigli di Osvaldo sono assolutamente raccomandabili ed è sempre stato disponibile per noi. Torneremo...
Bellissima villa per due. Siamo stati benissimo, molto riservata e tranquilla. Bella piscina per rinfrescarsi e varie aree relax all'aperto. Le strutture interne erano di prima classe, pulite, tutto nuovo. Abbiamo raggiunto i ristoranti sulla spiaggia e sul mare anche alla sera, con una camminata di 15-20 minuti, anche se serve una pila per la strada di campagna non illuminata.
Paradiso !!! Abbiamo alloggiato in fantastici alloggi nel corso degli anni, ma questa villa ha superato tutte le nostre precedenti esperienze e aspettative. Abbiamo trascorso la vacanza più rilassante di tutte. La villa si trova in una posizione fantastica, tranquilla e completamente privata. Grande attenzione ai dettagli. Hai una zona fantastica intorno alla villa per rilassarsi e distendersi. Ci è piaciuto molto stare seduti in tutti i diversi angoli creati e guardare il sole tramontare sul tetto. La piscina è incantevole e più che adeguata per rinfrescarsi. Abbiamo dormito davvero bene su un materasso estremamente comodo. Le aree circostanti sono facili da esplorare e ci siamo divertiti a visitare le splendide spiagge. Un posto fantastico dove stare !!!!!
Vacanza meravigliosa. La casa e l'area circostante sono semplicemente meravigliose! Siamo stati benissimo e mio figlio voleva restare per sempre. È arredata con gusto e i letti sono molto confortevoli. La piscina e la sua location sono sensazionali. Abbiamo anche usato il magnifico barbecue, fantastico per avere così tante scelte dove cenare! Abbiamo sicuramente in programma di tornare la prossima estate in questo paradiso pugliese.
Meravigliosa torre appartata. Pausa molto rilassante per due persone in una riserva naturale circondata da uliveti. Perfetto per leggere e non fare nulla. Bella la passeggiata per la spiaggia di Felloniche e ristoranti di valore. Grazie di tutto.
Luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Proprietà ottimamente mantenuta con un sacco di spazio esterno. La casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Market e ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Un soggiorno fantastico!
Questa era la nostra seconda volta in questo piccolo paradiso. È difficile immaginare un luogo più bello e più rilassante. La spazio a disposizione è immenso, la tranquillità indescrivibile e il tramonto sul tetto della casa sensazionale. La posizione perfetta se stai cercando pace e tranquillità e non lontano dalla spiaggia, dal mare, dallo shopping e dalla vita notturna. Un'ottima base per esplorare i dintorni. Ritorneremo presto.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem kleinen Paradies. Man kann sich kaum einen schöneren und entspannteren Ort vorstellen. Alles ist bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet, an alles ist gedacht - selbst an ein kleines Starterpaket im Kühlschrank. Die Weitläufigkeit des Grundstückes ist beeindruckend, die Ruhe unbeschreiblich und der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Hausdach sensationell. Die Lage perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht und trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von Strand, Meer, Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sein möchte. Ein tolles Fleckchen Erde. Wir kommen wieder.
Absolute Gem! A couples must! Me and my husband stayed here for a week and we were wowed! The surrounding land is phenomenal, you have so much space to relax and enjoy. The views are incredible, it genuinely feels like your in the middle of nowhere, but your a stones throw from Santa Maria di Leuca with their harbour and restaurants. The owner was so helpful and friendly. This place is a rare find, to come here is not for a holiday in Italy.... it is an Italian holiday!
A spectacular property... We were looking for a relaxing spot to get away from it all for a week. Osvaldo and Daniela have created a beautiful property so peaceful and quiet with beautiful grounds and a unique pool for cooling off after a hard day on the sunbeds. This is a great base from which to explore both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts. Communication with Osvaldo and Daniela was excellent and the list of recommended restaurants, markets etc was very welcome. Thank you both so much.
Paradise !!! We have stayed in some fantastic holiday accommodation over the years , but this villa exceeded all our previous experiences and expectations. We had the most relaxing holiday . The villa is in a fantastic location , tranquil and completely private. It is exactly as shown on the website ,but you only get a sense from all the thoughts and attention to detail that the owner has put into creating it when you arrive . Surrounding area's are easy to explore by car and we enjoyed visiting the stunning beaches . An Amazing place to stay !!!!!
Perfect place to relax Excellently maintained property with lots of outside space to relax. The house had everything we needed throughout our stay. Mini market and restaurants are a short drive away. Car is definitely required to explore the wider region. Osvaldo’s recommendations are perfect and we used these a lot. Osvaldo is quick to respond to questions and is close by if you ever need him. Overall an amazing stay!
Wonderful secluded tower Very relaxing break for two in a nature reserve surrounded by olive groves. Perfect for reading and doing nothing. Lovely walk to Felloniche (the sea) and good value restaurants. Thanks for everything.
Wonderful vacation The house and the surrounding area are just marvelous! We (two adults and two kids) had a great time. My son wanted to stay forever. Osvaldo and Daniela have put a lot of effort in the house and it is gorgeous. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and its location is sensational. We also used the superb BBQ place , great to have so many choices where to have dinner! Osvaldo is a marveleous host, very kind and caring. We definitely plan to come back next summer to this pugliese paradise.
Beautiful little villa for two. Had a great time in this little villa. Great info and directions from the owner who met us at the door. Villa is very private and quiet with nobody passing by. Nice dipping pool and various outdoor lounging areas. Indoor facilities were first class; clean all new. We walked to the beach and sea front restaurants although it is a 30min walk and you need a torch for the unlit road back after dark although there was no traffic either. Great supermarket
Relax Pur. Selten haben wir so einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer so schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Anwesen ist bis in kleinste Detail liebevoll renoviert. Die Tipps von Osvaldo sind absolut empfehlenswert und er war immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder ....
Entspannung pur (wunderschöne Umgebung, nah am Meer, tolle Ausflugsziele) Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Objekt hochwertig restauriert, stimmt mit den schönen Bildern überein. Mitten in der typischen schönen apulischen Natur. Ideal zu vielen Stränden (der nächste nur 5 Minuten entfernt). Tolle Restaurant Tipps. Osvaldo, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
Absolut empfehlenswert! Wer einen Urlaub abseits des Trubels in wunderschöner Natur möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen und sehr geschmackvoll und optimal ausgestattet, alles funktioniert perfekt und der kleine Pool ist einfach wunderschön! Der Empfang durch Mister Michele klappte perfekt und auch während des Urlaubs fühlte man sich mit allem bei ihm gut aufgehoben. Einen ganz lieben Dank dafür. Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist und würden dieses Haus jederzeit gerne wieder mieten.

Perfect holliday!!! We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. The house and garden has everything you need for a perfect relaxed holliday - we really felt like beeing at home. Our two kids with age of 7 and 4 loved the huge garden and nature around there. The hosts Daniela and Oswaldo were very kind and the whole contact was very friendly and easy! We'd love to come back!
Traditionelles Steinhaus mit wunderbar angelegtem Außenbereich. Wir waren Ende Mai mit zwei Kindern (8,11) hier. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes traditionelles Steinhaus mit toll angelegtem Aussenbereich im riesigen Garten. Schattige Terasse, separater Grillplatz etc. Nah zu den schönen Stränden von Torre Vado, Torre Pali. In der Nähe auch Leuca mit Restaurants, Leuchtturm, Bootsverleih. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer Osvaldo
Tutto meraviglioso. Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura, silenzioso, una vera pace. La casa è bellissima, elegante e confortevole, tutto curatissimo nei minimi dettagli. I padroni di casa dei veri signori, gentili e disponibili in tutto. Super consigliato!
An insider tip. First we did not want to evaluate our stay because, due to our enthusiasm, the house will never be available again! We then nevertheless decided to give a rating. Already at the arrival (we were picked up by Michele) we were thrilled and speechless. During our two week stay this has not changed. everything was perfect. We will come back - if the house is then still available.
A perfect holiday! We spent a fantastic week with our two little daughters in this amazing, truly beautiful house. We enjoyed the huge garden with its olive trees, watched the sunset on the rooftop and enjoyed the warm summernights with a lovely dinner on the beautifully decorated perch. The interiors of the house are perfectly chosen and it matches the styles of the house and its surroundings. We we're lucky to have met Osvaldo the owner. He was always very helpful and friendly and brought us delicious olive oil from the trees in the garden. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone and we will probably book it for another time in the near future.
Lovely friendly people. Lots of space, plenty of shady areas, great views. Leuca is lovely, go on a boat trip to the caves and swim into the gold and azure cave.Galipoli a must for a good wander. Lots of great beaches and places to eat out. Not enough days to sample all of the ice cream. Fantastic. Osvaldo is very helpfull with lots of information on hand if you need it.
Un paradiso. Une magnifique maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien, bien équipée, joliment décorée, fraîche avec l'espace nécessaire pour être à 4 en famille. On peut vivre beaucoup dehors, dans ce beau domaine, manger en terrasse, se rafraichir avec un bain dans la grotte. Le propriétaire, très sympathique, nous a réservé un bon accueil. La maison est à 5 minutes de la mer en voiture, juste en hauteur, proche de Marina di Leuca, avec la possibilité de se déplacer du côté mer Ionienne ou Adriatique. Rien à redire! On y est resté 1 semaine et aurait volontiers prolongé.

Paradise in an olive grove! The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. The pool in a cave is very unusual and was far more refreshing than an outdoor pool. The perfect place to unwind, would definitely come back.

E' provvista di tutto e l'ambiente risulta molto gradevole perche' la funzionalità ed il buon gusto degli arredamenti si amalgamano alla perfezione con il tufo e la pietra caratteristiche del salento.E' un posto magico,lontano da tutto ma vicino a tutto nello stesso tempo.Il silenzio del grande giardino di ulivi a volte risulta quasi irreale e cenare sul tavolo in pietra all'esterno della casa è stupendo.E' il posto ideale per rilassarsi completamente,lontano da sguardi indiscreti,per rallentare e seguire il ritmo del proprio corpo e della mente. Questo non pregiudica comunque la possibilità di uscire la sera e di divertirsi perchè è tutto a portata di mano.Un ringraziamento ad Osvaldo,il proprietario,molto gentile e simpatico,sempre disponibile ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta.
Very nice house. We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful accommodation. Beach +/- 5-10 min. drive, we do recommend to come by car to visit other beautiful beaches in the are of Puglia.
Superschöne Ruheoase! Eine traumhafte Unterkunft! Absolut ruhig mit Blick auf die Olivenhaine. Sehr schön uns stilvoll Eingerichtet. Der perfekte Ort zur Entspannung. Wir haben das Frühstück unter dem Olivenbaum und den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Hausdach genossen! Außerdem hatten wir zwei Urlaubskatzen zu Besuch - wirklich süße Katzen. Es gibt einen Fischteich und ein kleiner Fuchs lief auch über das Gelände. Also auch was für Tierliebhaber! Der Kontakt zu Osvaldo und Mr. Michele (spricht nur Italienisch) war sehr nett! Ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Abschalten und runterkommen.
Frei fühlen beim Freihaben. Wir waren im Oktober in Apulien, in der Hoffnung noch ein paar wärmere Tage zu erleben. Der Plan ist so mittelmäßig gut aufgegangen...Das Highlight war aber sowieso die Unterkunft. Inmitten der Olivenhaine findet jeder ein Plätzchen an dem er sich entspannen kann und zur Ruhe findet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung ist genau passend. Die Buchung verlief reibungslos, der Konakt zu Daniela und Osvaldo war sehr angenehm. Sie sind sehr freundliche, bemühte Gastgeber. Definitiv ein Ort, den ich gerne weiterempfehle! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr durchdacht ausgebaut u geschmackvoll ausgestattet, top! Ein kleines ehemaliges Landwirtschaftsgebäude in absolut ruhiger Lage in den Bergen oberhalb eines kleinen Ortes. Individueller, bestens durchdachter Ausbau und ein großes, malerisches Grundstück mit Aussendusche, diversen Sitzplätzen, kleinem Teich etc. Die Vermieter sind zudem sehr sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Also rundum absolut empfehlenswert!
Ein wunderbares Bijoux mitten in der Natur. Es ist ein ganz schönes Steinhaus, gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten. Er ist grosszügig gestaltet, mit Liebe zum Detail und man kann sich je nach Lust und Laune, immer wieder an einem andern Platz aufhalten.Das Highlight war der kleine Naturpool, ins Gestein gemeiselt. Es ist ein Ort des Friedens, hier kann Frau und Mann auftanken die Natur voll geniessen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Sehr empfehlenswert zum "entstressen".....Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, danke Osvaldo und auch dem Michele. Castrignano del Capo, das Nachbardorf, ist so typisch italienisch und hat einen guten Markt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!
Parfait! Un cadre, un accueil et une tranquillité parfaites.
An diesem wunderbaren ort ist der frühling in apulien besonders eindrücklich. sehr ausgeklüglet getaltetes kleines haus, das für zwei personen trotz der geringen fläche hervoragend fuktioniert. die leiter ins schlafgeschoss ist dabei ein annehmbarer kompromiss. bei schlechtem wetter ist die feuerstelle im haus sehr gemütlich. in diesem fall ist ein bequemerer stuhl, um sich vors feuer setzen zu können wenn die zweite person auf der sitzbank ist, wünschenswert! die liebevoll gestaltete umgebung mit den vielen plätzen zum verweilen ist für uns klar das highlight dieses ortes. ruhe, natur und intimität! für uns bestimmt nicht das letzte mal!
